So I've mentioned in a previous post that I had a creepy situation going on.(Someone I've never met) This person also sent mountains of epic long letters trying to be involved in my lawsuit and sent letters to customers and business associates.(false statements all of which we have in our possession) This person has been very busy trying to buddy up to all my friends so I've been told(anyone who knows me) in town which has been quite embarrassing because they are on to her as she is pretty transparent. In fact they have brought it to my attention. I have never had to say a word. All that being said she moved here from a different city . Guess what folks? She's living roughly eight houses down from my home! This is no coincidence and the authorities don't think it is either. Letters saying your trying "to get the goods" on someone and "let's crush this klown once and for all"  and then moving 8 homes down doesn't look very good.

I ♥ Productivity

One of my besties is working for Rolling Stone and he's doing this "Shooting Lady Gaga for 2 nites"  We get special VIP treat-I'm going again this time with prezzies :)  The truth is I'm Actually more excited about some other bands and Artists he's working with ; ) I'm really getting my new line out there. I can't wait for everyone to see it! Also I made the mistake of saying that my dearest friend is working for the same company that did Rodarte's line/ I have some really big news coming so stay tuned everyone.

FABULOUSLY WHITE

So when I went to the W over the weekend I rocked my new All Saints white dress open down the front with a BOUDOIR QUEEN Victorian white underneath. This dress doesn't look like much but I wore it with my appliqued leggings (black) and with a black belt so it was super short and poufy. I wore the Steel Heels I bought in NYC and everyone was flipping out. I rarely take party pics of myself so you'll have to take my word for it. I'm headed back to NYC so I will get more of these awesome shoes. Today at BQ went really well. I'm soooooo beyond inspired about our upcoming shoot. It will be classic Boudoir Queen. Get it while you can because I'm starting the ready-to-wear in one week. It's going to be totally different than anything you have seen from us. Hopefully I'll have a video to post tonight....... stay tuned

Get Some Sunshine

Today was gorgeous. Sunny and breezy. I'm getting everything together for our big shoot next week with a MOST AMAZING photographer and model. I spent the morning working on the details. Then it was such a lovely day that my husband and I took a 3 mile hike around town lake. We saw the black swan and the white and lot's of turtles sunbathing. Then we went out for a nice lunch. I'm working all week at the shop with some very important visitors ; )- I got my hair done on friday and finally got rid of that nasty white blonde. It will be about a year before my hair looks good but I'm hangin in there. BTW our Secret Circus Video is suppose to be out tomorrow yay!

Secret Circus Aspen is on! It's set for May 28th tickets are available on our updated www.secretcircus.net website now. The link is at the top of this blog. Matt, Mark and I are flying in early. The next day all of our faboo BQ models,Ricochet and Chrysta and David will be flying in. DJ Manny too! The Hotel Jerome is fabulous! It's going to be a huge party I can't wait. Our Secret Circus Video will be out in a few days. Also we have some very exciting news to share about SC in a couple of weeks. I'm super busy today. I had a few unexpected things come up ; ). Last night was awesome and I can hardly contain my laughter. When I get a chance I'll share. BTW we have new goodies coming soon!

New at Boudoir Queen

These dresses from the 20's were purchased at the Peter Doyle Auction House NYC by a friend with Eileen Guggenheim.

The vivid fuchsia panne velvet 20's coat is mint and looks like a flower around the neck. The Burnout Velvet is Minty Mint with a huge ornate buckle. I never use the word but then again I never find mint! The dress is probably the best dress I've found in years. I'll photograph properly next week. These two garments will not be re-worked. They will be up on my website. You can email me direct about pre-ordering.

The Flower dress is a rework by BQ and The nude/peach velvet is soon to be up online and made into one of our own. The chenille pom pom netting is just out of this world!

So today I bought even more fabulous 20's vintage and some pieces that are very rare. The garments are some of the most spectacular I've come across in several years. I even got 5 Boudoir Doll's. I also bought two french bouillon shawls covered in metallic lace and heavy black silk fringe. Several pieces I'm going to re-work. There is one dress that is mint that I will be listing on my site. If you would like to be on my first dibs list please pop me an email. Now I'm going to lay in bed -work on my new moodboard and watch Black Swan while Mark is in the studio. All that shopping has worn me out ;/ -Trust me you don't want to miss out on this lot of fabulousness!

Re-Stocking Day at Boudoir Queen

We will be open Tuesday thru Thursday next week. I now have a computer at my shop which makes me sooooooo happy. I spent the day cleaning the store and studio and re-stocking. I haven't photographed the new Vintage yet. I've been sifting thru 400 bags of vintage trims! Shannon is teaching a class next week at BQ. We are so busy right now I'm excited about all the new things that are happening.
