DIVINE DWELLINGS
I'm loving the decore' in this fabulous editorial. I couldn't help but notice the draping on the ceiling is like my friend Stephanie's old house in Hollywood. You can see her home in the books Weird Rooms and The Magic and Romance of Art Dolls. I especially love the wall paper. Divine opulence!

Reminder of Things to Come
(read about it in the articles below) I'm getting more and more excited about the shoot that was a huge success. Several of our garments including one from our Fashion Week show will be featured in the new ad campaign and the video which was filmed in NYC. It will be out in late August. I cannot thank the fabulous Miss Goldstein enough. Getting the opportunity to be working with such a fabulous stylist is the highlight of my designing career. I might add that Karen owns the fabulous dress (from Fashion Week) now as well! The reason why I'm calling it (the Fashion Week Dress) is because even though I was told that I can talk about this I'd really like to surprise everyone when they launch the ad campaign. When the photos and video are available of course I'll post!

Boxing Pretties
Crystal Statue Figurine Flower Lamp -I bought it yesterday. I can't wait to put it in one of my new bathrooms. The bathrooms are large enough to have actual furniture. I'm doing a 1920's make-up area. My office is massive and will have garment racks built in on all the walls. The moodboards are filled with vintage textiles and faboo images. I also love that the house has amazing victorian/20's wall paper on the domed ceilings. I just want to get packed so I can start decorating! I did hear today the all of the poison ivy has be removed from the back yard. I actually have wild grapes growing in the back yard. It looks really cool!
20's Opera Singer Dress Teaser
This is just a tiny bit of the most gorgeous dress I've found to date! I bought 6 dresses from the estate. I'm reworking 2 tomorrow at the shop. I have four people working tomorrow it's going to be crazy!

I bought the MOST fabulous textiles and clothing from a 20's Opera Singer Estate. A friend of mine picked the items up for me. Maybe I'll post a tease of a dress that I will rework it's amazing!

MY HELL
This is nothing my shop is crazy beyond belief
Thoughts
Our house is closing in about ten days. I haven't even scratched the surface of packing everything up. Today Mark and I are really going to get into it and try to at least get all of the glass wrapped and boxed. Because I'm taking 2 months off my online shops to move and do our Fall collection I don't even have time to keep up with my hair and all the day to day beauty treatments. I'm all about creating and decorating. That being said I went to the salon yesterday and had all my extensions removed. It was a six month experiment an expensive experiment. I cannot tell you how happy I am to get them off my head. I had them for fullness not length. My hair looks a little wimpy but better. It's grown out a lot. They served their purpose. I'm just going to let myself go for the summer. No hair cuts and no color. I have to say I was flattered when I heard the other day that people seem to think that I've had "Work Done" for the record I've never had "work done" on my face. Botox isn't work and boy has mine worn off. I think when you reach a certain age no amount of botox in the world will help. I think it's time to go under the knife. Although I kind of like how many European (British Women) don't really get anything done. They just let it all go. I haven't decided yet. Thoughts? P.S. On a beauty note I'm still using the Obagi Cream and I still think it's amazing ; )
