It's that time again

Every year my dear friend Angel has a huge fabulous Easter soiree. If you have followed my blog over the years you know all about it as I always post pictures of everyone in their fabulous Easter Costumes. Her party has become famous now in Austin and I'm always happy to be invited. Yesterday in Warrington I bought the perfect easter dress so at least thats one less thing I have to think about. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Everyone's Having Babies!

Have have two close friends who are due around the same time. This weekend we are going to Laura and Shanes Rock n Roll baby shower. Can't wait ;) We are so happy for them.

Off to the Fleas

Up early for another day at roundtop. Spraying myself with some mosquito -ick. You have to dress comfy or it's miserable. Roundtop isn't as swank as Marburger. Lots over digging to find loot. One thing I am looking for thats out of the norm is an old antique organ for my husband new band. Don't forget we will be updating our vintage on www.theboudoirqueen.com in mid april!!

Boudoir Garden

Lots of fabulous and fun things are going on right now. I'm busy this week going back and forth to the Antique show. I made the big mistake of telling my readers I was going to be there and now the "crazy" has surfaced it's ugly head again. That being said I'll be vague and say that I've been enjoying it and am getting my house video ready! I'll be there off and on over the next week. Speaking of houses I'm so happy that we stood our ground on our home in Austin. We had 3 offers over the weekend and ended up getting more for it than planned. If all goes well it will be sold in 28 days yay! More things to read later today.

Still Gushing RE POST

Last nite was the highlight of my designing career. When Karen came out in our dress I was blown away. Her voice was amazing. Everyone on the bill was amazing. The crowd of who's who was amazing. We got the royal treatment. To be put on Jack Whites guest list and walk right in a venue that was that packed was pretty cool. I'll have proper press photos in a couple of weeks possibly sooner. What a great night!

Bittersweet

This photo is a fabulous photo but it makes me sad. This is me and my kitty Eartha Kitt on the stairs of my old house by the Los Feliz Bridge. Sadly Eartha was hit by a car. Since then all my cats have been in for the duration and never go out. Please keep your kitties indoors. They are so precious! On a style note: I'm wearing Stephen Sprouse,vintage hat and a gorgeous old sequined jacket with ostrich feathers circa 1920's This photo was taken in 1989

Scrap Book 2

Me with my friend April when I was 18. This was taken at Beauty School in Seal beach. I had the dress made for me. I was dressed Like Ginger on Gilligan's Island for Halloween.

Best Corset Photo Ever

I've had this hanging in my office for years and as far as I'm concerned this is the only way I will wear a corset. I love it with the t-shirt. So cool I scanned this from an Italian Vogue I'm not sure which issue. This was when I used to tear the pictures out of my magazines. I've stopped that bad habit. Especially when it comes to Italian Vogue as they are very collectable and costly.
