As I mentioned in a previous blog I am being featured a a Documentary with many rock artists about Christopher Durst the world famous Rock photographer. I think I'm the only designer in this thus far. It's on the creative process. Here' is an intro on BP Fallon who is also in it and there are three cameos of me at the fashion event Saturday nite with BP. This tuesday evening the film crew will be coming to my home and doing my feature. I'm so excited and hope not to be wearing my glasses lol. Stay tuned this is going to be a fun ride!

I had a great meeting with a magazine editor and stylist today. I should have some new pics in a week. Tomorrow is going to be so much fun. There will be two stylists. Me and another girl who I'll be talking about in the very near future. I've been doing a lot of styling jobs as of late. It's really my passion.

I'm finally getting around to scanning some photos of my make-up clients from my portfolio. This is a photo that Steven took at his studio of Grace. I did the styling and make-up obviously this was taken during the Twin Peaks period. She is awesome to work with. You can see in the credits that my ex husband did the hair and we had not been married yet. This is an oldie. I noticed my dear friend who I speak of a lot did the jewelry. I had forgotten that! It also looks like there is a small spot on the eye. I have the original mags in storage somewhere.I have 4 books brimming with photos. I need to go thru them all before they get ruined. There's some really fun images in them.

Zabriskie was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her father founded Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop and Lafitte's in Exile,[1] a cafe and bar on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, and Zabriskie has said that her family was visited by Tennessee Williams, Gore Vidal and Truman Capote during her childhood.[2] After making her major film debut in 1979's Norma Rae, Zabriskie went on to appear in dozens of other works, including the 1981 miniseries adaptation of John Steinbeck's East of Eden, 1989's Drugstore Cowboy, the

1991 film adaptation Fried Green Tomatoes and 1995's The Passion of Darkly Noon. She also appeared as Paula's mother in An Officer and A Gentleman Zabriskie is perhaps most familiar, however, for her television work. After appearing in a recurring role on the soap opera Santa Barbara, she played a major role on the David Lynch series Twin Peaks and its spin-off film, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me as Sarah Palmer, the eerily psychic mother of the doomed Laura Palmer. Zabriskie had previously appeared in Lynch's Wild at Heart — notably as the twin sister of a character played by Isabella Rossellini, an actress eleven years her junior. She was also chosen by David Lynch to appear as a sinister Polish neighbour in Inland Empire in 2006. Zabriskie may best be remembered, albeit not by name, as Mrs. Ross, a recurring character on the sitcom Seinfeld. She played the mother of another doomed daughter, Susan Ross—George Costanza's fiancee—who died after licking closed dozens of cheap envelopes (bought by the stingy Costanza) while mailing out her wedding invitations. Zabriskie's character's husband on the show, also a recurring role, was played by her former Twin Peaks co-star Warren Frost. She also made a brief but memorable appearance on the CBS sitcom The King of Queens, as the emotionally disturbed and alcoholic mother of Spence Olchin (who was played by Patton Oswalt). While the character of Veronical Olchin would reappear throughout the series, Zabriskie would not portray her again, having been replaced by Anne Meara. She has at times worked in radio, collaborating with radio dramatist/monologist Joe Frank several times. Zabriskie recently appeared in the American remake The Grudge, in which she played a senile grandmother sensitive to the paranormal occurrences in her home. She also stars as Lois Henrickson in Big Love, an HBO drama series that seriously explores the issue of polygamy. Grace also appeared in several episodes of Aaron Spelling's Series Charmed as The Crone.

favorite muse of the late unsurpassed photographer saloniste' and arbiter of high decadence Steven Arnold. Dawn would be seen around Hollywood looking like a tall blonde Cocteau statue wearing the most incredibly put together looks we had ever seen. I'll never forget her dress composed of an Aleister Crowley collage and her bat-wing false eyelashes. Her collections have been inspired by such diverse unique souls of the past such as kiki de Montparnasse, Marchessa Casati and the great Erte' who was a friend. Her sense of style is also very reminiscent of the great Italian designer Donella Donati who did the costuming for Fellini's films. Dawn was doing Edie Sedgwick style and fashion shoots way before there was ever a movie.I introduced her to Bobby Neuwirth Edie"s long time boyfriend and close friend of Bob Dylan famous for writing "Oh lord wont you buy me a Mercedes Benz" Dawns instinct for the unique and the pleasing permeate her work and the atmosphere she invokes around herself.
